We recommend that you allow cookie saving for our streaming portals. How do you do that?

Firefox

Click on Tools -> Options in the Firefox menu and then on the “Privacy” tab, and make sure that “Allow sites to set cookies” is checked.

Internet Explorer

In Internet Explorer, click on -> Tools -> Internet options, and then on the “Privacy” tab. Make sure that a medium privacy level is set.

Click "Enhanced" und make sure, the checkbox to annul cookie treatment is off.
